Sharon Alexander-Holt is an Ordained Elder by Bishop Jerry Demmer, and Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and a Servant in the Kingdom. She is a member and Board Director of The Absolute Word Church. She has a prophetic ministry, and a unique end time spiritual gift of dream and vision interpretation.

Ms. Alexander-Holt has accumulated 35 years of experience in Foundation and non-profit work, diverse community relations, marketing, advertising, financial management and leadership. She has performed these functions for several Companies, such as: HOPE Online Learning Academy Co-Op; Crawford Broadcasting, Inc.; Urban League of Metropolitan Denver, Inc., as the former President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO); First Data Corporation and Western Union Financial Services (globally) as the former Sr. Director of Community Development; Colorado Rockies Baseball Club and Hamilton Sweeney Advertising. While Ms. Alexander-Holt worked for KLDC Shine 1220 AM Gospel Christian Radio Station (a Crawford Broadcasting company), she also hosted two on air weekly radio programs, “A Pastor’s Perspective” on: Family, Marriage and Divorce; and Co-Hosted “Talk Back”, A Community Conversation with Superintendent P.L. Demmer. 

Ms. Alexander-Holt is the former Chief of Staff for HOPE Online Learning Academy Co-Op and assisted the CEO, and served as strategic visionary for the organization; she also served as Director of HOPE at Park Hill Academy. She manages a consultancy business that provides Leadership and Visionary Development, Mission Statements and SWOT Analysis’ (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) to churches and ministries;  prepares IRS 501c3’s; and Emcees events. 

Ms. Alexander-Holt is a Board Member and Executive Director of The Greater Metro Denver Ministerial Alliance, and, is Founder and former Board Chair for First Data Western Union Foundation; a 2004 Girl Scouts – Mile High Council “Women of Distinction” honoree, a graduate of the Greater Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Denver Class 1991, and a Owl Club of Denver Debutante, 1975. Ms. Alexander-Holt is a graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia; and a Denver, Colorado native. She has one daughter, Sheena and three grandchildren; Carlos (CJ), twins Josiah and Moriah, all of which are spiritually gifted.
