Elder sharon alexander holt, Chief of Staff

Elder Sharon Alexander-Holt is GMDMA's Chief of Staff, a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, a servant in His Kingdom and a native of Denver, Colorado. She is also Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Board Director of The Absolute Word Church and  end-time Prophetess  with  Spiritual gifts of dreams, visions, and interpretations.

Elder Alexander-Holt has accumulated 35 years as an experienced leader in foundations and nonprofits, diverse community relations, marketing, advertising, and financial management for companies such as: 

• HOPE Online Learning Academy Co-Op; 
• Crawford Broadcasting, Inc.; 
• Urban League, Metropolitan Denver, Inc., former President and CEO;
• First Data Corporation; 
•  Western Union Financial Services (global), Sr. Community Development Director;
• Colorado Rockies Baseball Club; and 
• Hamilton Sweeney Advertising. 

Radio and Broadcasting

Elder Alexander-Holt hosted two on-air weekly radio programs on KLDC Shine 1220 AM Gospel Christian Radio Station (a Crawford Broadcasting company):

• “A Pastor’s Perspective” on Family, Marriage, and Divorce; and 
• “Talk Back,” a community conversation co-hosted with Superintendent P.L. Demmer. 

HOPE Online Learning Academy 

She is former Chief of Staff of HOPE Online Learning Academy Co-Op where she assisted the CEO, and served as strategic visionary for the organization. Elder Alexander-Holt also served as Director of HOPE at Park Hill Academy. 

Independent Consultant

Her consultancy business provides leadership and visionary development, mission statements, and SWOT Analysis (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) to churches and ministries that include preparing IRS 501(c)(3) applications as well as Emceeing various Christian and community events.
