Dr. H. Malcolm Newton, a native of Philadelphia, is an Urban Theologian and a prominent, provocative, and prophetic pragmatist in the African American grain. He contributes his inspiration to his grandmother who raised him and to his Faith. His passion is rooted in the community of interfaith and bearing witness to the power of love and justice.
Dr. Newton is a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served and retired as Chaplain.
His Education
He is a Harvard University Divinity School, Dallas Theological Seminary and Cheyney University (HBCU) graduate. His post-graduate studies were at Oxford University and University of Cape Town, South Africa.
